In order to expedite lunches at the conference; Wolfgang Pucks has arranged a special menu for our attendees. Click here for the MENU
The menu will remain the same for each day of the conference. The facility has excellent food but the facilities are likely to be overwhelmed if 150 of us show up at the same time. If you wish to use this service You will need to notify me by this Friday either email or by printing a copy of the menu and indicating your name and selections for each day. Payment will need to be made on the morning of the first day of the conference. I’m sorry but we cannot take credit cards at this time.
Our plan is that once your payment is received you will be given tickets for your meals. You will present your tickets in the café where your lunch will be waiting in a to go container. If you wish you may of course order from the standard menu or leave the preserve and take lunch on your own.
As a reminder the hospitality night will be held in the café on Wednesday night from 5pm to 9pm . There will be a cash bar. Snacks will be served as well.
Also, for SNHD staff. I will be delivering your conference materials to your individual offices later this week. Please remember to bring your binder to the conference with you.

This year's NvEHA Annual Educational Conference will be held in an historic and extraordinary location: the Las Vegas Springs Preserve, which stands on the land where Las Vegas itself began. The Springs Preserve is a 180-acre cultural institution designed to commemorate Las Vegas' dynamic history and to provide a vision for a sustainable future. The Preserve features museums, galleries, outdoor concerts and events, colorful botanical gardens and an interpretive trail system that meanders through a scenic wetland habitat.
a Place To Stay

If you will be traveling to the conference from outside Las Vegas, one option to consider would be to stay at the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino, right in the middle of Downtown Las Vegas, under the canopy of the Fremont Street Experience.
